Who We Serve
Our services are available to a variety of individuals, organizations, and religious communities. In-person and telehealth counseling sessions are available.
Individuals
One-on-one culturally aware and responsive counseling is available to meet a range of mental and emotional health needs and concerns for individuals across the lifespan. Sessions involve an initial 75 minute intake where the counselor learns about client concerns, expectations, and goals for counseling. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes.
College/Graduate Students
Counseling sessions support the mental and emotional health needs of college students with an understanding of the unique developmental processes that impact this population.
Young Adults
Sessions are geared toward addressing many of the common concerns young adults face as they work through life transitions and mental and emotional health matters.
Middle Age to Older Adults
Counseling sessions address the many mental and emotional health concerns adults in this population face.
Organizations
Trainings, workshops, and speaking engagements pertaining to mental health, college and career preparation, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion are customized to meet your organization's needs.
Faith Communities
Customized workshops, speaking engagements, and trainings are available to faith communities to increase awareness on the importance of mental health.
Adult Children of Clergy
Growing up as a Preacher's Kid or PK can be tough! Counseling sessions support mental and emotional health needs with an understanding of the unique lived experiences that impact this adult population.
